Liaison Committee with the NSPS

The purpose and scope of work of this committee is to:

  1. Coordinate with the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) to update the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys on a 5-year cycle.

  2. Collaborate with NSPS to:

    • Develop education and information explaining the importance of an accurate land title survey to land title evidencing.

    • Seek opportunities to present and publish information to surveyors, land title professionals, lenders, consumers, and other interested group.
