Title Action Network
Join nearly 12,000 land title insurance industry professionals in the Title Action Network (TAN). TAN is a 100% free organization that allows our industry to quickly and easily contact their local and federal lawmakers about issues that affect your business and your bottom line.
Title Industry Political Action Committee (TIPAC)
TIPAC is the collective voice of the title insurance industry and the official PAC of ALTA. TIPAC enables us to build and develop relationships with members of Congress, while educating and advocating on behalf of our industry.
ALTA’s Congressional Liaisons are individuals that have existing relationships or would like to develop connections with members of Congress. Joining this group of advocates helps ALTA gain greater access to Congress and allows us to better explain the benefits of our industry.

Since 1971, ALTA has been the source of practical knowledge and skill-based training solutions for the title insurance industry. ALTA is dedicated to providing cutting-edge educational solutions to our members through several mediums. Members get discounted access to ALTA’s educational materials.

Homebuyer Outreach Program
ALTA developed an extensive Homebuyer Outreach Program to bolster member company efforts to educate homebuyers on the benefits of title insurance. Members have exclusive access to more than 60 tools to educate homebuyers, Realtors, builders and lenders about the benefits of owner’s title insurance.
ALTA Members may link to this website to educate homebuyers about title insurance and the closing process, and to generate new business. ALTA members are displayed in the “Find a Company to Help You” Search Directory.
The online directory can help you tap into potential partners outside of your coverage area to get deals closed.
ALTA Registry offers a centralized portal for identification of mortgage industry and other service providers.
ALTA Policy Forms License
ALTA is responsible for the forms upon which nearly all title insurance is written in the United States. Access to the forms comes with an ALTA membership.
USA Patriot Act Search
ALTA members get access to the U.S. Treasury Blocked Persons List to search the Specially Designated Nationals List for blacklisted individuals US citizens are prohibited from doing business with.
ALTA Committee Service
By serving on a committee, you contribute your talents and expertise while positioning yourself as an expert in your local marketplace.
TIAC began insuring ALTA members in June 1988, making TIAC one of the oldest and most experienced insurers for title agents and abstracters E&O insurance. ALTA members receive a discount on their dues when they are insured by TIAC.
