The Jan. 16 article in The Wall Street Journal titled “Inside a Plan to Save Homeowners Hundreds of Dollars Closing Their Mortgages,” neglected many key facts and included several significant inaccuracies about the coverage, cost, and regulation of title insurance compared to attorney opinion letters.
