SoftPro Integrates With United Tax Services

SoftPro announced an integration with United Tax Services for nationwide tax reporting. SoftPro users are now able to order and receive United Tax Services reports via the new integration within the SoftPro 360 vendor portal.

Without leaving their SoftPro environment, users can electronically request and receive nationwide tax reports, Texas tax certificates, and nationwide lien searches from United Tax Services. With rapid turnaround times, United Tax Services’ reporting identifies assessor’s parcel numbers (APNs) and issues such as delinquent tax flags affecting a property.

“We are pleased to offer this new tax reporting integration with United Tax Services,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s chief customer officer. “We are dedicated to providing SoftPro customers the tools they need to streamline their work in order to reduce their costs of doing business.”

SoftPro 360 links users and a nationwide network of third-party vendors such as United Tax Services. Data is entered only once and is automatically shared when an order for services is placed, eliminating errors and maximizing efficiencies.
