2023 Year-end Title Insurance Industry Market Share Executive Summary

Title Insurance Industry Market Share and Financial Statement compilations for the 4th Quarter of 2023 are now available on the ALTA website. The fourth quarter of 2023 was a difficult, but still a positive quarter for the title insurance industry. Title Insurance Premiums Written were down 16.0% from the fourth quarter of 2022.
