Association Of Real Estate Officials Releases Latest Digest Of License Laws

The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (www.arello.org/), known as ARELLO, today its newest annual digest of license laws has been published and is available.

According to ARELLO, the 2002 edition has been expanded to contain not only information on license recognition and reciprocity among North American jurisdictions, but also information about rules affecting the international practice of real estate.

The number of real estate related cases has doubled in the newest edition. Also included are policies on Internet advertising and referral fees.

ARELLO is comprised of official governmental agencies and other organizations around the world that issue real estate licenses, regulate real estate practice and enforce real estate law.
