Capital Title Group Receives Approval From California Department of Insurance For Merger With Nations Holding Group

PHOENIX, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital Title Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTGI) received regulatory approval from the California Department of Insurance pursuant to California Insurance Code section 1215.2 to complete its previously announced merger with Nations Holding Group, a privately held California title insurance company, Donald R. Head chairman, president and chairman executive office of Capital Title Group, announced. Mr. Head added that the transaction is anticipated to close in accordance with the definitive agreement that provides a five day closing period subsequent to receiving regulatory approval.
