Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions Announces New Leadership

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions division (formerly FNIS) of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) announced that Scott Hoen has joined its leadership team as Executive Vice President, Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions Group Manager. In his new role, Mr. Hoen will continue and intensify the company's focus on leveraging technology to increase revenue and bottom line savings for real estate professionals.

Mr. Hoen brings twenty-seven years of progressive experience in the development and implementation of successful sales teams, dealer and direct sales management, as well as extensive marketing experience. Additionally, he possesses a solid understanding of technology and real estate operations, which has led to the development of several innovative tools that have been successfully utilized by real estate professionals.
Hoen has spent more than 15 years working with real estate agents, brokers and lenders to identify their industry needs and develop the ideal technology solutions. He has been associated with Fidelity National Financial since 1997 and will be working out of the Santa Ana, California facility. Hoen is responsible for the company's broker office and productivity tools, including BrokerOffice(TM), TransactionPoint(TM) transaction management platform, broker and agent-based Web site services, AgentOffice(TM), broker back office accounting solutions and DPN, as well as MLS systems and default tools through BuyBankHomes.com.
