FinCEN Offers Guidance on Currency Reporting

August 15, 2005

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network issued guidance Aug. 12 on Currency Transaction Reports. The guidance, in the form of frequently asked questions, specially addressed questions on Part II of the form.
