California Realtors and their clients can now access information about their real estate transactions using Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese, the California Association of Realtors announced this week.

Relay, a Web-based real estate transaction management system developed by C.A.R. subsidiary Real Estate Business Technologies, was launched in English in July.

The language enhancement enables real estate consumers and industry professionals to communicate in multiple languages during all phases of the transaction.

The Relay system tracks and manages all the information related to a real estate deal from listing through closing, including transaction contracts and documents and listing and sale information, as well as all communication generated throughout the transaction.

Consumers receive a CD-ROM copy of their documents when the transaction is complete. Brokers and agents can elect to retain a thorough electronic history of each transaction.

Relay also features one-click integration with ZipForm and WINForms Online, the electronic forms software.

The one-click integration feature allows users to move the transaction data and the completed form images – purchase agreements and disclosure documents, for example – to the transaction management platform and into the document management system.

Real Estate Business Technologies LLC (REBT), a subsidiary of Real Estate Business Services, provides technology products to Realtors. Real Estate Business Services is a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors.
