Old Republic National Title Holding Company (ORNTHC) has acquired Elyria Land Title Agency, Ltd., Elyria, Ohio. The Agency provides title insurance and closing services in eight Northern Ohio counties. The current principals of the agency: Robert Piazza, Judith Gauntner and Sharon Yearley formed the agency in 2002 after working nearly two decades for another major underwriter.

The Agency has grown rapidly over the last four years. As it flourished, many seasoned veterans of the title industry became a part of its success. I am extremely proud to have them join the Old Republic Title family", said Jim Stipanovich, Vice President and East Central Division Manager. “The fine team of talented title professionals they have assembled compliments and gives even more depth to the capabilities of our existing local offices. In 2007, Elyria Land title Agency, Ltd., will change its name to Old Republic Title Company of Northern Ohio, LLC.
