OneMove(TM) Signs Mortgage Processing Integration Agreement with First Canadian Title

April 10, 2008

VANCOUVER - OneMove Technologies Inc. announced the integration of econveyance(TM), its on-line conveyancing software application, with First Canadian Title's ("FCT")web-based mortgage processing application, Lender-Lawyer Connect(TM). This integration will link lawyers and notaries in British Columbia with FCT'smortgage lender customer base province-wide.

"Building strategic partnerships is key for driving growth, as it enables us to further extend and deepen our market reach," said Martin Johnson, President and CEO, OneMove. "FCT, a longstanding partner of ours, has deep roots in the real estate industry and serves most major Canadian chartered banks. We believe enhancing our mortgage processing offering by integrating with FCT's Lender-Lawyer Connect will drive more traffic to our econveyance web-based platform, as it creates a window through which we can extend our offering to additional lending institutions across British Columbia."

OneMove initially added mortgage processing to its core suite of econveyance offerings with the release of econveyance 7.0 in mid-September 2007. This upgrade enables lawyers and notaries to use econveyance to receive mortgage instructions electronically and complete and submit mortgage forms via the internet, in addition to using the web-based platform to conduct land title searches and produce land title forms.

"We initially began working with OneMove through our title insurance product," said Daniela De Tommaso, Vice President, First Canadian Title. "With the paperless property transfer process in British Columbia becoming a growing focus across the province, expanding our relationship was a natural progression. The combination of OneMove's strong presence in the British Columbia real estate market and the web-based structure of econveyance makes OneMove's offering an ideal integration fit for Lender-Lawyer Connect."
