OCC Undermines OFHEO's Appraisal Agreement with NY AG

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) sent a letter to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise and Oversight on Monday to warn Director James Lockhart about the negative consequences that could erupt if OFHEO should go through with implementing its new Home Valuation Code of Conduct.
