Fitch Says Title Insurers ‘Right-Sized’ Entering Final Quarter of ’09

The ratings firm said the outlook of title insurance industry remains negative, but added that the underwriters now reaching the point where expenses are “right-sized” relative to revenues to allow modest profitability.
