Nevada Issues Cease and Desist Against Escrow Company

October 29, 2009

The Nevada Department of Business and Industry Division of Mortgage Lending issued a cease-and-desist order against Las Vegas-based Escrow Unlimited for violations of the state’s escrow agency law.
