Title Agency Establishes Lender Solutions Division

March 25, 2010

TEAM Nation Holdings Corp. announced the establishment of TEAM Lender Solutions, a division that will focus on providing settlement services and ancillary real estate services to high volume lenders and mortgage brokers serving the national marketplace.

Raymond Arias, a 28-year industry veteran who joined TEAM on Jan. 6, has been named president of the division and will focus on the proliferation of TEAM's settlement and ancillary services to lenders and mortgage brokers transacting more than 50 loans monthly. TEAM Lender Solutions will combine its settlement services platform with additional ancillary services from appraisal and pest control, to mobile notary services, creating a value added benefit for its lender clientele.

"The addition of Ray Arias and the establishment of TEAM Lender Solutions underpins our expansion plans in the national lender marketplace,” said Dennis Duffy, CEO of TEAM. “By focusing on combining critical services in one central processing unit, we are able to enhance our client's value and increase operational efficiencies as we expand to embrace high volume producers."

Arias began his career in the title insurance industry with Transamerica Title Insurance Company in Los Angeles. Building on his success as an account manager for the lenders division, Arias achieved distinction as a high performing sales representative, climbing quickly to success as a regional sales manager, general sales manager and, ultimately, as a county manager for a high-volume Los Angeles County title agency. During his 28-year career, Arias was instrumental in the significant financial growth of Commonwealth Land Title Company.

The company's profits and growth during his tenure paved the way for his recruitment to Alliance Title Company, where he founded its Los Angeles County direct operation and achieved remarkable growth in both market share and profit before turning his attention to mortgage lending and national settlement services.
