Calif. Title Company Unveils iPhone App

May 18, 2010

Irvine, Calif.-based Advantage Title, a provider of technically advanced title insurance and escrow services powered by Title365, announced the release of its Title365 Mobile app for iPhone. Available free through Apple’s iPhone App Store or iTunes Store, Advantage Title claims its Title365 Mobile is the title industry’s first app to integrate location-aware convenience and visual accuracy with mobile access to nationwide property, ownership and sales comparable information ideal for real estate and mortgage lending professionals on the go.

Advantage Title is a regional provider of real estate transaction services with offices serving Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Ventura counties in Southern California.

With the new Title365 Mobile app, users in the field can utilize iPhone’s GPS technology to pinpoint a property visually while simultaneously allowing those with active Title365 accounts to retrieve complete, real-property details, sales comparables, transaction history, plat maps, tax data and other information.

Alternatively, users can also choose to search somewhere other than their current location by performing a custom search for properties by address, owner or parcel number. Offering a choice of map options, Title365 Mobile features hybrid, satellite and road visuals along with the ability to retrieve driving directions to pinpointed properties.

Real estate or lending professionals working after hours or remotely can share retrieved title insurance information directly from the Title365 Mobile app with clients and colleagues via email directly from the app, eliminating the need to go to other Internet sites or iPhone apps for this service. As well, recently viewed properties are highlighted and users have the option to save favorite properties for easy retrieval.

The Title365 Mobile app is currently available at no charge from the iTunes Store by searching “Advantage Title,” but users must have active Title365 transaction management platform accounts to access data.
