Former President of N.Y. Title Agency Pleads Guilty to Stealing Millions

December 16, 2010

The former president and co-founder of one of the largest independently owned title companies in New York pled guilty in Manhattan federal court to defrauding clients by misappropriating and embezzling millions of dollars of escrow and other client funds, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York announced.
