North American Title Expands Into Utah

April 5, 2012

North American Title (NAT), a national title insurance agency, announced it is expanding its underwriting flexibility with the entrance of its affiliated underwriter, North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC), into Utah.

Effective immediately, NATIC’s title insurance products are available through North American Title (NAT).

“Now NAT has an affiliated underwriting resource to offer real estate professionals in Utah,” said Pattie DeNunzio, sales account manager for North American Title. “With the addition of NATIC, we are now agents for six of the nation’s largest title insurance companies, which significantly improves our underwriting capability.”

“In today’s competitive marketplace, it is important for real estate professionals to have the support of a team that has the resources to give them a competitive advantage. Now, with the help of NATIC, North American Title is stronger than ever, has more resources at their disposal, and is backed by the financial strength and stability of one of the most financially responsible underwriters in the nation,” said Michael Lewis, Utah’s division manager for North American Title.
