RamQuest Integrates With PropertyInfo

October 2, 2012

RamQuest, Inc., a provider of land title software industry, has added PropertyInfo, a real estate technology provider, to the network of service providers on its Closing Market digital network. RamQuest's Closing Market is an application-to-application interface that electronically connects business partners allowing each participant to work from within their own software.

With the addition of the PropertyInfo integration, RamQuest's Closing Market-enabled customers can electronically order title search reports through PropertyInfo’s Orders Gateway. As part of Orders Gateway, customers will receive individual fully-typed searches, complete with long legal description and supporting documents. By using ProperyInfo’s Orders Gateway, RamQuest customers can also be assured that PropertyInfo’s title search reports are reviewed for quality before delivery ensuring the best possible final product.

“Our Closing Market integration provides a hassle-free, efficient way for RamQuest customers to order our title searches,” stated Brian Fullerton, senior vice president of PropertyInfo. “A task that required a RamQuest user to leave their title production solution to order our products has been reduced to just a couple of mouse clicks – without ever leaving their Complete Closing production solution with this integration.”

RamQuest said the Closing Market digital network continues to gain traction within the RamQuest user community with its integrations to national loan origination solutions, integrations with four of the top five underwriters and integrations to numerous service providers. Closing Market enables title companies to set themselves apart by creating a competitive advantage and by using the capability and services offered through Closing Market, according to RamQuest.

“This is another of the many Closing Market interfaces that enable title companies to create competitive advantages for themselves,” said Brooks Yeager, director of Internet Services for RamQuest. “By using the capability and services offered through Closing Market, title companies can more effectively service current customers in addition to opening doors for new revenue opportunities.”
