MERS Model Prevails in Several Federal Courts

June 4, 2013

MERSCORP Holdings Inc. announced that judges in three federal courts recently ruled in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and its co-defendant members in cases alleging wrongful foreclosure, including Ukpoma v. U.S. Bank in Washington, Abraham v. American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., et al in New York and Martins v. BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP in Texas.
