Study: E-documents Improve Closing Experience; Quicken Loans Tops Consumer Satisfaction

Quicken Loans ranked highest in primary mortgage origination satisfaction for a fourth consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2013 U.S. Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Study, which also found that the use of electronic documents improves customers’ experience at closing.
