Florida-based First International Title Marks 5-year Anniversary, Named Top Agent by Underwriter

First International Title marked its fifth anniversary recently while being honored as a top agent in Florida by one of its underwriters.
Founded in 2009 during one of the slowest real estate markets in the past half century, First International Title has grown from a handful of offices to 25 throughout the state, from Key West to Pensacola, including its company headquarters in Coral Springs. First International Title has more than 170 full-time employees
“Being inundated with consolidations, centralization and offshoring over the years was the catalyst to create First International Title,” said Jim Moran, chief executive officer. “There’s no doubt that we’ve done well in a short amount of time, but we certainly can’t rest on our laurels. Since the business is constantly changing, in particular, with technology and government regulation, we have to adapt in quick fashion.”
A 27-year veteran of the title insurance business, Moran is keenly aware a company’s reputation is always scrutinized. Hence, he took great pride in accepting at a recent sales meeting the Top Agent Award (in the state) from underwriter First American Title Insurance for the second straight year. The award recognized performance of excellence.
“It’s all about the people that you surround yourself with,” he said. “If not for our hard-working professional staff, these awards would never materialize.”
