Greater Illinois Title Named One of Chicago’s Top Workplaces

Chicago-based Greater Illinois Title Co. (GIT) has been recognized as one of the top places to work in the Chicago metropolitan area by the Chicago Tribune.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs in 40 major markets across the United States. The evaluation takes into account employee benefits, support of the local community and employee job satisfaction. 

GIT was named to the Top Workplaces as a Workplace Achiever in 2014. Greg Kosin, president of Greater Illinois Title, attributed the company’s success to its employees. GIT has developed a company culture that provides flexibility, growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.  GIT staff said the company’s management and acceptance of new ideas gives them confident about their future at GIT. As evidence of being a Top Workplace, there are 25 employees that have been with the company for more than 25 years. Additionally, Kosin said his staff is motivated to deliver exceptional service to its customers. This attention has allowed GIT to connect with a wide variety of clients and provide customized and personal service.
