CFPB Creating Form for Companies to ‘Proactively Participate’ in Online Complaint Portal

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau published a notice in the Federal Register indicating it is developing a form to allow companies to “proactively participate” in its online portal for viewing and responding to consumer complaints. The law firm Ballard Spahr said companies that don't register to access complaints may miss opportunities to demonstrate that it is responsive to complaints.
