RedVision, the provider of real property title data search examination and curative-ready solutions, announced the company expanded its in-house abstracting coverage by 154 percent since 2013. RedVision now performs in-house searches covering 76 percent of the U.S. population and is projected to reach 90 percent by year-end, the company said in a release.

"The expansion and flexibility of our supply-chain methodology enables our clients to drive greater volumes across expanded markets with lower operating costs," said Brian Twibell, CEO of RedVision. "These enhancements will increase their competitiveness and market share."

RedVision's title search data covers over 94 million homes across the United States with an average of over 40 years of property history on each property. Its property data repository enables users of title evidence to compile a ownership chains, lien information and property data nationwide.

"Our goals are to engage our clients and vendors in the process of value-chain creation and to further develop multiple supply chains in support of all markets that we serve,” said Christopher Broekema, vice president of supply chain management at RedVision. “This approach results in 'responsive' pricing, additional product offerings and shortened product delivery cycles thereby resulting in better service to our client's customer base.”
