Trident Land Transfer Earns Certificate of Compliance with ALTA’s Best Practices

Trident Land Transfer Co. announced it received a third-party certification to ALTA’s Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices for its Pennsylvania and New Jersey title insurance and settlement operations.
Trident received certification from RSM US LLP. Although lenders are not unanimously requiring third-party certification, Trident reported it elected to go through an audit process to give lenders and consumers confidence the company complies with written procedures.
