Co-Owner of Missouri-based Title Agency Pleads Guilty to $2.7M Fraud

Both owners of the now defunct Guaranty Title have admitted their participation in a scheme to defraud financial institutions of more than $2.7 million through a series of illegal financial transfers related to stolen escrow payments.
