Simplifile announced the availability to electronically record (e-record) land record documents such as deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, and releases in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California, through the Simplifile e-recording service. Los Angeles County and Orange County are the most recent additions to the Simplifile e-recording network, which includes over 500 counties nationwide.

Moreover, Simplifile also announced the finalization of its integration with SECURE, a California Multi-County Electronic Recording Delivery Service. The integration of SECURE into the Simplifile erecording system not only allows Simplifile customers to submit documents for e-recording in Los Angeles County and Orange County but also paves the way for document submission into Santa Barbara, San Mateo, Riverside and Sacramento Counties.

“We are pleased to finalize our integration with SECURE and to include two of the largest counties in the nation, Los Angeles County and Orange County, as part of the Simplifile e-recording network,” said Paul Clifford, Simplifile President and CEO. “Simplifile’s e-recording network continues to grow at an ever increasing pace. Our network is not only the largest e-recording network in the nation, with over 500 counties, it is also the most complete network by offering the most electronic document types available in every county. We look forward to offer document submission into Santa Barbara, San Mateo, Riverside and Sacramento counties to our thousands of customers nationwide.”
