Stewart Lender Services Launches New National Processing Center

October 28, 2010

Stewart Lender Services (SLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, has opened a new National Processing Center in the greater Dallas area. The center, located in Coppell, offers centralized mortgage loan origination and loss mitigation services for Stewart Lender Services' lender customers. Additionally, this center will provide enhanced loss mitigation and short-sale services to include additional call center and fulfillment capabilities.

SLS opened the center in response to a growing demand for its centralized platform which offers nationwide title and settlement services. The new center, joins the company's existing National Processing Centers in Houston and Phoenix, and is the latest move in the company's expansion to fulfill customer requirements. "We're excited about the addition of the new center and increased service opportunities this location will create for our customers and SLS," said Lisa Robertson, senior vice president and head of origination operations.

"Through the utilization of our three national processing centers, we are better positioned to accommodate the increase in order volume while delivering the highest degree of customer service in all 50 states," Robertson continues.

"Customers in all segments of this industry have recognized SLS for our ability to create a customer-centric environment and as a result, we have earned increasing amounts of their business. For that, we are very appreciative."
