California-based Title Agency Grows Footprint

February 10, 2011

Consumer’s Title is now licensed to do business in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. The expansion is due in part to working closely with the Department of Insurance and the growing demand to provide service into these new counties.

The company will now be able to generate more business from both our existing clients, as well as launching a dedicated effort to develop new relationships, according to Joe Beckerle, president of Consumer’s Title. The company already has the tools in place to succeed by offering a streamlined innovative way to improve the service from the company to the brokers and consumers. “The development of new business is vast by extending our ability to service all of Southern California,” Beckerle said. “This expansion is a major part of our overall growth plan and allows Consumer’s Title Company to enter into a large real estate and refinance customer base. We will remain committed to providing excellent service to all of our customers and clients through our ability to use the electronic paperless platform that we have developed for our operation.”

Consumer’s Title opened in April 2009. Within the first year of operation, the company won the Readers Choice Award for offering great service and rates to Ventura County. It also became 95 percent paperless, which was part of the business plan of becoming a Green company. “We are well-prepared for the additional workload thanks in part to our paperless program, GreenFolders,” said Roxanne Danielsen, vice president and title operations manager. “With GreenFolders, we can easily access our files and assist the clients immediately. We appreciate the opportunity to expand our service and look forward to assisting consumers with their title insurance needs.”
