Fidelity National Title announced that Dan Wallace has been appointed as vice president, Florida state manager, major accounts division.

Wallace will be responsible for the development and maintenance of business between builders, developers, brokers, lenders, asset managers, non-agent attorneys, CPAs and financial planners with Fidelity National Title across Florida.

With over 35 years experience in the title insurance industry, Wallace has spent the last 15 years with Fidelity National Title as a central Florida and east Florida division manager encompassing all elements of operations including escrow, title, sales and administration.

Prior to this, from 1987 to 1997, Wallace was founder, president and part owner of GulfAtlantic Title Agency which grew its operations to 22 offices and No. 1 market share before selling the company to Lawyers Title, which was later purchased by Fidelity National Financial Inc.
