Wisconsin Title Company Selects RamQuest

RamQuest, Inc., a provider of business solutions for the land title industry, announced that The Title Company of La Crosse, Wis., has selected RamQuest’s Total Solution for the company’s title and settlement production needs. When The Title Company decided to make a change from their legacy system they were searching for a system that could do more than their in-house system including enhancing their ability to communicate with their customers and seamlessly connecting branch offices to the main office.

After being live on RamQuest’s Total Solution for less than two months, The Title Company is already seeing significant benefits.
“In a very short time we have seen a big improvement in the speed of workflow – our time to complete a commitment policy has gone from 45 minutes down to between 15 to 20 minutes,” said Marilyn Wille, president of The Title Company. “In addition we have seen a significant paper reduction.”
The Title Company’s long-term goals for implementing RamQuest’s Total Solution include the ability to better service their customers with web-based information delivery that lets customers view files at their convenience.
“This is our first big makeover as a company since the mid-80s,” Wille said. “It is transforming what we can do and the service that we can provide to our customers and their customers. These will be improvements that are years beyond what we have been able to offer in the past.”
RamQuest’s Total Solution provides title companies with a set of tools for managing the title insurance process including order processing, commitment policy, escrow accounting and HUD generation with its Complete Closing Enterprise.
