New Mexico County to Implement PropertyInfo’s Records Management Solution

July 12, 2011

PropertyInfo Corp., a provider of end-to-end records management solutions, will implement its CountyFusion records management system with Dona Ana County Clerks’ office in New Mexico.

Dona Ana’s implementation will feature PropertyInfo’s CountyFusion software suite, including cashiering, automated indexing, customized workflows, web search portal, assessment integration, customized reporting, full legacy system data conversion, disaster recovery services, redaction and eRecording.

"We are looking forward to implementing CountyFusion to streamline our recording procedures with the latest technology, utilizing all that it has to offer,” said Lynn J. Ellis, Dona Ana’s County Clerk. “The automated indexing using OCR will significantly reduce indexing time and possible errors. We are planning to implement the solution this summer and are excited about the enhanced services, cost savings and efficiencies that the solution will provide.”

PropertyInfo protects the important records filed with the County Clerk’s office using multiple-level data replication. All documents recorded at the office are immediately backed up – both within the county office and at ProperyInfo’s data center facility – ensuring the county's data is safe and secure. The county will also utilize CountyFusion’s integrated redaction technology to remove constituents' private information from documents before they are recorded onto public record to protect sensitive data from fraudulent activity.

“As we already have systems implemented in Los Alamos, San Juan and Chaves Counties, we are excited to partner with Dona Ana to expand our services in New Mexico.” said Kyle Chaney, senior vice president of PropertyInfo’s government service division. “Dona Ana County Clerk, Lynn J. Ellis, is forward thinking and recognizes the benefits that our CountyFusion system can provide his office. Ellis is focused on improving efficiencies and the services offered to his constituents as they make this transition. We look forward to helping him achieve this.”
