Illinois-Based Prairie Title Names New President, Expands Footprint

August 30, 2011

Illinois-based Prairie Title, Inc. announced that it has named William Andrews as its new president and brought on additional staff, while opening a new office in New Lenox, Ill.

“We are extremely fortunate to bring Bill’s talents and experience into Prairie Title,” said Frank Pellegrini, chief executive officer of Prairie Title. “As an attorney and title agency executive with particularly strong credentials in commercial transactions, Bill’s extensive skills and talents will complement Prairie Title’s existing residential, commercial, and attorney-agent business, and will allow us to grow in the commercial and multi-state arenas.”

Andrews, 46, previously served as CEO of Regent Title. He received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University before earning his juris doctorate from Indiana University.

Prairie Title has also added several other former Regent Title employees to its talented staff, including Jennie Condos, Josh Hurd and Sue Stillwell.

“Given Bill’s impeccable reputation and high integrity, his absorption and that of his staff into Prairie Title’s corporate culture, will be effortless and genuine,” Pellegrini added. “We feel the staff additions will only enhance the quality service we already provide our customers as we look to expand our footprint.”

To accommodate new and existing customers, Prairie Title will expand into an office in New Lenox, while retaining present facilities on LaSalle Street in Chicago, Schaumburg, Oakbrook Terrace, Palos Hills, and their Oak Park headquarters. Prairie Title also has formed a new affiliated company, Prairie Title National Agency Services, Inc. (PTNAS), which will provide strategic technological and staff resources to Prairie Title.

“We are excited about the new opportunities by joining the professional staff at Prairie Title, which has become Chicago’s premier independent title agency, standing the test of time,” Andrews said. “I am exceedingly proud to be joining such an established partner with its strong history of client-centered service and a well-earned reputation for conducting business in a principled and straight-forward manner. We look forward, with optimism and energy, as we help write the next successful chapter in Prairie Title’s long history.”
