Chicago Title Bolsters Executive Team

Chicago Title Company’s Southern California announced that Rick Fortunato has joined their team as senior vice president, major accounts.

Rick began in the title insurance industry in 1975 in the Los Angeles area where he worked for several years as a sales representative and sales manager. In 1987, he transitioned into the Commercial, Industrial and Subdivision arenas and began working nationally and internationally as well.

With a degree from the University of Southern California, Fortunato also carries Professional Designations from UCI in Light Construction/Development Management and Commercial/Industrial Development Management. Through his years of builder experience, he has acquired a Certificate of Achievement in Subdivision D.R.E. processing. He is a member in good standing with multiple industry organizations including BIA, NAIOP, ICSC, CREW, SMC and NHBC.
