First American Financial Corp. announced that it has set the dates on which it expects to announce its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the first three quarters of 2012.

At the present time, the company expects to issue press releases announcing quarterly and year-to-date financial results on the following dates:

• 2011 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results: Thursday, Feb. 23
• First Quarter Results: Thursday, April 26
• Second Quarter Results : Thursday, July 26
• Third Quarter Results: Thursday, Oct. 25
