California Company Selects RamQuest for Escrow Needs

RamQuest Inc., a provider of business solutions for the land title industry, announced that Affirmative Escrow of Thousand Oaks, Calif., has selected and implemented RamQuest’s Total Solution for the company’s escrow needs.
Affirmative Escrow has always focused on providing a positive, supportive working environment for their associates and their new business partnership with RamQuest is furthering this effort. From a professional and friendly implementation to responsive and efficient customer service after Go-Live, the Affirmative Escrow team agreed that their RamQuest implementation has been a great experience. And Affirmative Escrow is already using the system to its fullest, realizing efficiencies, improved customer service and cost savings from the implementation of RamQuest’s Total Solution.
“With RamQuest, we are able to do our own recons,” said Brynne Bradbrook, general manager at Affirmative Escrow. “This alone will save Affirmative Escrow $12,000 a year. We have also cut our paper consumption in half which adds up to additional cost savings.”
Bradbrook added that the implementation of RamQuest’s Total Solution has given Affirmative Escrow, which is owned and operated by Prudential California Realty broker/owner Bob Majorino, tools and technologies that have directly impacted customers.
“Since the implementation, we have seen a decrease in the number of update phone calls we receive, which tells us that our customers are getting the information that they need from these new tools. California has so much to gain from what RamQuest has to offer and we are excited to share that with our customers,” Bradbrook said.
