Former ALTA President Joseph Parker Passes Away

August 9, 2012

Joseph Parker Jr. served as the 1998-99 ALTA president and represented the industry by testifying before the Senate Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Regulatory Relief concerning RESPA.
