DataQuick, a provider of real estate information solutions, announced that it has completed the acquisition of ATI Title Companies, dba Rels Title. The transaction was first announced Sept. 6.

“The addition of Rels Title significantly expands our ability to deliver high quality title solutions to the lending community,” said John Walsh, president of DataQuick. We also expect to be able to deliver a greater array of related solutions to existing Rels Title customers.”

DataQuick’s Title offerings now include nationwide escrow, Title examinations, commitment and closing services; document preparation and recording services; and expedited ordering, processing and delivery all backed by local practice and regulation expertise.

Leslie Foster, president of Rels Title, will join DataQuick and continue to lead title operations which will remain headquartered in Minnetonka, Minn. Walsh added, “Leslie’s executive and title industry expertise will be a great addition to our leadership team.”
