Builder Whitepaper Calls for Appraisal Reform, Development of 'Real Estate Data Superhighway'

February 26, 2013

Among its suggestions, the National Association of Home Builders suggested the development of a "real estate data superhighway” with a national real property registry that could serve as the official record of the structure and constraints of the land, including land use, zoning and easements, condo documents and new construction data.
