Company Plans to Rollout 5 New Northern California Offices
PLEASANTON, Calif., - Orange Coast Title Company, one of the largest independent brokers of title insurance, strengthened its presence and dedication to the Northern California market by changing the name of the operation and rebranding it as California Title Company of Northern California.
"Our success in Northern California is due to partnerships with large real estate brokerages like Prudential California Realty, the 10th largest brokerage in the nation, whose clients are driving an industry trend toward a one-stop shop suite of services. The convenience of having our title and escrow officers introduced into the transaction process from the beginning has benefited agents and their clients," said Rich Macaluso, chief operating officer of parent company Orange Coast Title.
"I love the convenience of working with one title officer that knows me and knows my business," said Sue Ramsdell, CRS GRI with Prudential California Realty, Antioch. "I get in early, make one call and can get all my title work done before I start to see clients later that morning."
"Most of our buying and selling clients have asked for access to all real estate transaction services in one location," said Gretchen Pearson, COO, Prudential California Realty. California Title Company has allowed us to provide superior service in the area of title and escrow as part of our one-stop shop Family of Services."
Orange Coast Title, founded in 1974, was the first to create Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABA), offering real estate brokers partnerships in existing title entities -- now used nationwide as an expansion model. One stop shopping bundles real estate buying and selling, mortgage, title and escrow, relocation and other related services under one roof. The approach is designed to provide most or all the services necessary for real estate transactions, making that process more efficient and economical for consumers.
California Title Company has offices throughout Northern California in Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Antioch, Berkeley, Elk Grove and Roseville. The company has plans for future offices in Castro Valley, Fremont, Oakland, Sacramento and Danville.
