GSEs Announce Uniform Closing Dataset for New Closing Disclosure

In an effort to standardize the underlying data required by the the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's proposed Closing Disclosure, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have jointly created a new standard dataset.
