CFPB Lawsuit Against Sprint Highlights Need for Process to Manage Consumer Complaints

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) last month filed a lawsuit against Sprint Corp. for illegally billing wireless consumers tens of millions of dollars in unauthorized third-party charges. Among the alleged violations, the CFPB said Sprint ignored consumer complaints about the unauthorized charges.
