Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions' MLS Systems and Solutions group has released an updated version of its Paragon MLS system, a Web-based multiple listing service platform for real estate properties.

The new Paragon v3.4 release includes enhancements to the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), Associated Documents and Listing Photo Management features.

The CMA updates include comparative graphs and charts that provide more presentation options for real estate professionals. Additionally, updates have been made to the CMA report templates, making it easier to select comparable properties and customize reports.

The Associated Documents feature enables any documents related to a specific listing, such as inspection reports or disclosure reports, to be stored as part of that listing in the Paragon system. Previously, documents were individually scanned and uploaded into the system for storage. Users are now able to fax these documents directly to the Paragon system for automatic uploading to the appropriate listing so real estate participants can view and share documents more efficiently.

Updates to the Listing Photo Management feature of Paragon include a new drag-and-drop interface, which allows users to easily adjust the sequence of the property photos to help draw attention to the most marketable attributes of each listing.

Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions is a division of Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries.
