OnBoard LLC selects MapInfo to power Neighborhood Navigator

OnBoard LLC has partnered with MapInfo to power its Neighborhood Navigator technology for real estate Web sites.

OnBoard has built its Neighborhood Navigator product suite on MapInfo's Envinsa location intelligence platform, the companies announced today. The Envinsa Location Intelligence platform allows OnBoard to offer clients like NRT, Prudential Fox & Roach and Weichert Realtors mapping capabilities along with its standard information and data search offerings.

Consumers who access a real estate Web site powered by the OnBoard Neighborhood Navigator suite of real estate information tools are a click away from the latest home sales data, detailed school and community profiles, and other information of interest – whether they plan to move around the corner or across country.

Marc Siden, CEO of OnBoard, said clients had been asking for a ready-made product that would allow Web site visitors to pull up data by specific location parameters.

With Neighborhood Navigator, a real estate brokerage can put geographically relevant comparative home sales data right at the fingertips of potential customers, and position the technology as a lead generator for future business.

OnBoard provides community, school, neighborhood, home sales and other data to real estate brokerages.

MapInfo Corp. is a provider of location intelligence products.
