August 4, 2015

Atlanta-based CPA firm Frazier & Deeter announced the addition of Tracey Webb as a principal and the leader of the firm’s ALTA Best Practices Compliance services.

“We are delighted to add a professional with Tracey’s many years of industry experience to lead our ALTA Compliance team,” said Seth McDaniel, managing partner. “Tracey’s extensive hands-on knowledge of the real estate settlement industry will help us meet the needs of ALTA Compliance clients.”

Webb, a certified public accountant, was most recently a senior vice president with Stewart Title. During her 27 years with Stewart, Webb worked in the audit services department and held numerous sales, management and leadership positions within the company. These positions allowed her to interact with settlement service providers and lenders on many different levels.

“I am excited to join the leadership team within a firm as well-respected as Frazier & Deeter,” said Webb. “The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s requirements created a new era for the real estate settlement industry and Frazier & Deeter’s attestation practice is well positioned to efficiently help companies of all sizes on a national basis achieve and demonstrate compliance with these requirements,” Webb said.
