Real Estate Data Shield to Launch REDS 2.0 During ALTA Annual Convention

Real Estate Data Shield announced the upcoming launch of REDS 2.0, the company’s information security and compliance solutions, during ALTA's 2015 Annual Convention.

"Given the dramatic regulator, lender and industry upsurge in lender oversight and information security compliance, we're proud to announce the upcoming launch of Reds 2.0,” said Chris Gulotta, founder of Real Estate Data Shield and a nationally recognized expert on lender oversight and information security subject matter.

Real Estate Data Shield offers information security staff training courseware, policy and procedure templates and self-assessment solutions. During ALTA’s Annual Convention in Boston, the company will release enhanced Best Practice training and compliance solutions including:

a module explaining why we have now moved into the Compliance Age of our industry
a deep-dive video animated training module addressing administrative, physical and network security critical controls specifically for title, settlement and attorney "Service Providers.”

Real Estate Data Shield, which is an ALTA Elite Provider, is a preferred solution provider to eight national and regional title underwriters. The company has more than 7,000 licensed users in 45 states. The company will provide a vendor demo session on Oct. 8 in the Staffordshire Room at Westin Copley Place during ALTA’s Annual Convention.
