Delaware Exempts Licensed Attorneys from Pre-licensing Education, Examinations

May 3, 2016

New legislation signed April 20 by the state’s governor exempts attorneys who are licensed to practice in Delaware from pre-licensing education or examinations when applying for a title insurance producer license.
