Morris, Manning & Martin Earns ALTA Best Practices Certification

Morris, Manning & Martin LLP, has achieved certification of its compliance with ALTA’s Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices.

ALTA’s Best Practices set forth industry standards in the areas of real estate settlement procedures, escrow trust accounting, title insurance licensing and policy production, information security and consumer satisfaction. Nationally certified public accounting firm Frazier and Deeter LLC, an ALTA Elite Provider of Best Practices services, provided the third-party assessment and certification services.
The certification process involved weeks of thorough examination of MMM’s information technology, human resources, accounting and settlement service practices, including a review of closed files and several onsite inspections.
